Terms of Use

EquestrianMarket is an advertising platform. We introduce buyers and sellers of horses, equipment, services, property and jobs. We are not a party to any sale, agency or employment agreement made between users, and we do not take custody of horses or goods.

You must be 18 or over and provide accurate details. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, spam, scraping or repeated policy breaches.

• Advertise only horses, items or services you have the right to sell.
• Descriptions must be honest: age, height, breeding, vices, health history and competition record.
• Use your own photographs and video. Do not reuse another seller's media.
• Prices must be genuine and stated in the advertised currency.
• One advert per horse or item; duplicates may be removed.

No misleading welfare claims, no sale of horses in breach of national welfare or transport law, no doping or prescription-medicine sales, no discriminatory job adverts, no off-platform payment-advance scams, and no contact details placed in photos to evade our messaging system.

Basic adverts are free during our launch promotion. Paid upgrades such as boosts and featured placement are described on the pricing page. Where a fee applies it is shown before you confirm. Promotional allowances may be limited by category and are non-transferable.

You keep ownership of your advert text and photos. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, resize, watermark and syndicate that content for the purpose of promoting your advert, including on partner marketplaces and social channels. This licence ends when the advert is deleted, allowing for cached copies.

Some adverts are supplied by partner marketplaces and are labelled as such. Enquiries for those adverts are completed on the partner site under their terms.

We provide the platform "as is" and do not warrant the accuracy of user-submitted adverts. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from a transaction between users, including unsound horses, failed vettings, transport or non-payment. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by us.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without affecting the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.
